WordPress is my bread and butter. Nevertheless, if I see a better alternative for my client's needs I won't hesitate to point them elsewhere.

Letting a client go is never easy, but it is sometimes necessary. When and why would we do this, and how can we be more selective to partner with our ideal clients in the future?
